That's "Sadogatake" isn't it?
Is this the namesake of "Kotozakura" who expressed the wish that 
Kotomitsuki, if he attains ozeki, would take the name?  If so, would his 
death increase or decrease the likelihood that K. would do the name 
change?  So far, K. has made no announcement that he would assume the 
new name for the next Basho, and I assume that he cannot wait until the 
start of the basho, due to the printing of the banzuke, so perhaps this 
is not his plan, and the name will remain unused.
