That's not conclusive at all. When I am at work, I post using a proxy. 
Depending on which server of that proxy I am connected to on any 
particular day, my posts might seem to come from the US, DE, or FR. 
Only when I am home do the message headers correctly show my local IP.
Proxy servers are common for people working for government or major 
industry and there is nothing suspicious about them, though of course 
they are also used by hackers to hide their identity.

On the other hand, "Denise" is not a typical French first name at all. 
French don't seem to like the letter D beginning names. Perhaps because 
the syllable "De" has a negative sound to the French ear. If that really 
is her first name one of her parents is probably British or American.
