employee and one you can ill afford to have suspended doing nothing but
sitting on his bum for 4 months while still collecting a good chunk of
his paycheck. No, you want to find another way to punish him, there is
more than one to skin a cat as they say.
Allow him to compete in the basho, but fine him 100% of his pay; make
him donate his entire winnings for that basho to charity, that would be
a better punishment, that would really hurt the "employee" without
hurting your business, which you will invariably do by sidelining the
aforementioned star employee. You want to mitigate your company losses
when giving such a severe punishment. Sadly the NSK are not renowned for
their astute business acumen.....
