[sumo] Kokugikan Spring Festival

The Kkan Spring festival will be held betwteen May 5th and May 6th at 
the Kkan. Last year was the first year and was very successful. The 
purpose is to bring the fans closer to Sumo and its paraphernalia of 
course. This year, there will be a "Kitazakura Beads Workshop" where he 
will show everyone his hobby. A 3D show of rikishi jumping out at you, a 
tour of the shitakubeya ("Backyard Tour",only on the 6th) and even a 
tour for the deaf led by Takanotsuru Oyakata using sign language. Last 
year's very successful "chanko museum" will be there as well.
"We just hope a wide range of people will come to learn more about 
Sumo", said the Kyokai people. They hope to surpass the 90,000 people 
that came last year.
