In this case, it means that Baruto is ranked at Juryo 10w for the  
Natsu basho, and the DN means that he has been demoted from the next  
highest division (makuuchi).  It doesn't imply that he actually  
participated in Haru.  I've forgotten exactly what the letters  
themself (DN) stand for.

Of course, from the earlier mails, we have seen that the first  
posting of the banzuke was incorrect, and that Shirononami and Baruto  
are actually ranked at Juryo 11 instead of Juryo 10.   Hoping I  
haven't confused anyone,
