Yesterday Ouga appeared as sekitori on the dohyou at the Yasukuni-
jinja. He joined dohyouiri and was defeated by Takamifuji with osidasi 
on his bout.
The yumitori celemony was done by Minanosato.

I heard some yokoduna did only dohyouiri after his retire. It was 
called "orei-boukou (the service for thanks)". But I was very supprised 
that the rikisi who had declared his ritire could have "the official 
bout" though his resignation was not sent or received yet.
