Ichinoya explicitly names Minanosato from Takasago beya on his blog from 
two days ago as the new yumitorikishi. He says Minanosato has been doing 
it on jungyo for a while now, and will be ready for May when the real 
thing rolls in. He also mentions the fact that Ouga is taking part in 
the current Haru jungyo (even though he has announced his retirement, 
the papers haven't been handed in, so he is still Juryo 14), but 
Minanosato is twirling.
But, a minor problem has arisen. The Hawaii Jungyo is scheduled for 
June. All visa applications were handed in in February. Ouga was slated 
to go as the yumitorikishi. Ouga suddenly announced his retirement, so 
he won't be going and there is no time to start a new procedure. The 
number of tsukebito assigned to the rikishi for foreign jungyos is small 
as it is, and even the Yokozuna gets only 2. So, the twirler in Hawaii 
will most probably be Hananosato,one of the Yokozuna's tsukebitos, who 
will be practicing in earnest. Borgnine.
