[sumo] Talk about excuses

Now there's a visual. Not sure I ever want to be around, even not in Meiji
shrine for that one LOL.

As for the yokozuna, I just hope he gets a chance to rest up between basho.
I really don't want to see him exacerbating an injury such as he has,
irrespective of how much he wants to maintain a face of yokozuna pride,
strength and invincibility. That's my take, not his.

FWIW, I don't think Barbara's comments were directed at me or
Jejima..."Asashoryu haters" being some third party not having to do
with us as far as I could tell.

Not being privy to the true extent of Asashoryu's injuries, my comment
was simply that, if a rikishi has clinched a yusho and has no chance
at a zensho, I think that any rikishi would be within his rights to
just skip the last day of fighting and just show up for the awards
ceremony...but this would be even more frowned upon than doing a henka
while farting in Meiji Shrine, and is not a option the yokozuna would
be allowed to take advantage of.
