[sumo] [List Admin] OT, and Proud of it! Drop the whole thing, Now that the Monkey's Involved

It has not gone unnoticed in some quarters that people blat on endlessly, meaninglessly, without threats of censorship, until a certain little imaginary sock monkey starts to squirt his, well, incendiary liquid on a conflagration.  Then the suppressin' starts, revealing the grotesque face of anti-pseudo-hominidism with which the whole human race is imbued.  No one, of any color, race, nationality, creed or religion, is really happy until they stuff a sock in a sock puppet!
   
  Thus is a fractured world united by its abuse of the harmless and woollen.
   
  But, what you don't recognize is that it's the extravagance of the sock monkey which actually delivers peace in the first place.  Check it out!  Every time things are falling apart, the sock monkey's on the scene!  He acts boldly, decisively!  And only in the quiet which follows each of his shrewd interventions -- and here you can picture him looking exactly like Toshiro Mifune, striding through the center of this online village -- does some functionary figurehead scurry up behind him, coincidentally, to announce that order shall be restored.
   
  Consider, though, that if you block the sock monkey's e-mails, you're going to start getting a lot of spam from his attorney, Barney.
