[sumo] my stupid little sumo podcast

Hey Jezz,

Hope you've been able to get the Podcast working once again (I now
make sure to run the RSS feed file through a validator before
updating!)  The show has settled into a 15-20 minute routine now, so
please check out the new editions if you have the time and/or
inclincation.  :-)
