Yokozuna Asashouryuu went to Dewanoumi beya for degeiko today, where he 
met Futenou, Tamanoshima and others and had 13 matches, going 11-2. 
While fighting Tochinonada, he seemed to have hurt his shoulder, but 
kept on training till the end of the session. His two losses were to 
Futenou (yorikiri) and Tamanoshima (abisetaoshi), but he immediately 
called upon them for a return match and had his usual wild revenge. "The 
right shoulder injury happened at the Taiwan Jungyo. I just have to go 
about this slowly, no choice...My neck is thin..", he explained, rubbing 
his neck area repeatedly.

One of the three new recuits was personally scouted by Yokozuna 
Asashouryuu. He met him at a gym in Osaka, and asked him to come join 
Takasago beya. The recruit is 17 year old Harada, and has no prior Sumo 
experience, although he has done Judo and Karate. He will be personally 
trained by Asashouryuu himself and will be one of his tsukebitos.
