One thing I think you should include:

Q: If I post to this mailing list, will I receive spam?
A: Yes, whatever email address you used to subscribe to the mailing list 
may begin receiving spam. The address obfuscation in the web archives 
section (see resources list) is text-based and should not be regarded as 
secure from scripted email address harvesters. (Uses only a spelled-out 
"at" sign.)
