Kind of an interesting banzuke this time, wouldn't you say?

No less than four Komusubi!  

And Kasugao jumped from M15 to M7 with an 8-7 record in September.  This has
gotta be the largest jump for an 8-7 in recent history.  Anybody know for
sure?
