[sumo] 2006 Kyushu basho disk (DVD) done

I made my usual TV-viewable DVD for the most recent basho, covering all 
of day 15 and second halves of days 13-14.  I changed my process a bit 
and got very improved video quality, considering that the disk has over 
3.5 hours of video on it.  (This is the regular DVD, not the 4-disk avi 
file set mentioned in earlier messages - all copies of that set are 
already reserved.)
