 	Oh the sheer joy of RBL's  They are a good idea in theory but in 
practive we see a handfull of them work so draconion it's almost as bad as 
the spam itself.  There's a few of them where it's real easy to get on but 
impossible to get back off.  The just refuse to unblock that which they 
have blocked.  No matter what kind of proof you send them that the problem 
is fixed.
