[sumo] [games] ISP

ISP is now running but using the old version of the application that will
fail when it attempts to send the confirmation email.  Your pick will be
saved, just you will get an error message instead of the confirmation page.
I will try to get this fixed before the basho but it's very busy here and I
mightn't be able to ... With all the other games that won't be running this
basho, at least ISP will be limping along.  For some unknown reason the
changes that worked in all the other games caused something else to fail in
ISP.
