	Unfortunately the only issue that really matters is the law.  My
personal opinion on copyright and intellectual property are one thing
(for the record, I believe that copyright & patent laws have been
perverted and that "intellectual property" is the biggest scam ever
committed) but none of that matters.  It's all about staying alive on
the 'Net.  

	Get some legal advice.  Now.
