I think if Hakuho is promoted without winning
consecutive yusho that resets a bad precedent and will
open the kyokai to a lot of criticism.  His record has
been consistently sensational but still he needs to
win regularly.

If Miyabiyama wins 11 he shold be promoted to Ozeki. 
I doubt he will though.

Kotoosho is a future yusho winner and potential
Yokozuna...just not yet.
