Just to add to this a bit. Now that I've had a minute
to think about it. I believe the C would stand for
"complex". There is an arena where sporting events
take place, a symphony hall, where the symphonies are
held and a big open convention area, for car shows and
that kind of stuff.

I'm sure the sumo will be in the arena.
