[sumo] Update english Tomozuna-Beya Website

I keep getting my mail bounced back from tomozuna beya.   I click on 
the "to send an email message"  get an email address:  
foreign-info at tomozuna-beya.jp

I get a message stating no mail box with this address exists.   Do you 
have the same address?
