[sumo] New website

[Leonishiki]

Hmmm... maybe a temporary problem with the server. I checked it just now and
it seems that it works properly.

The problem with pop-ups is for "webstats4u" trackers (thanks to Higashimori
for his help). I'll change all of them in a few days and I hope all the
problems finish.
